There is not direct connection between San Cristobal to Isabela Island, you must take a boat back to Puerto Ayora (Sta Cruz) in the morning and buy in advance a ferry ticket from Puerto Ayora to Puerto Baquerizo (San Cristobal) in the afternoon (2pm).

Please keep in mind you must be 1 hour before every departure time at the location (pier) and ask for the stand of the boat we are providing you, just need to ask for your name you will be on the list, also have enough cash for the taxi boats that takes you from the pier to the ferry and viceversa, is usually $1 USD per person.
